Domestic Shipments
Standard shipping is via UPS Ground. Please be aware that UPS does not ship to PO Boxes or APO addresses. Be sure to provide us with a street address for shipping, and if we are shipping to a business address please make a note of it on your order.
Please note that all alpine ski and binding systems purchased from Alpine Sporting Goods will be shipped unmounted unless otherwise noted in the item description.
Shipping costs are determined at checkout. All orders for Alaska and Hawaii are subject to actual shipping fees. Costs may vary at checkout, so please contact us for an accurate quote. If there are any changes in shipping prices you will be notified promptly by email.
Express and Overnight shipping are available. Rates vary depending on the type of gear. During checkout, select the shipment method tab and choose your preferred method. Please email us if you have questions about availability of shipping services that are not listed at checkout (ie 3 Day Air, etc), or if you need help determining which option is best for your needs.
Alpine Sporting Goods does not ship orders C.O.D. We are happy to accept a payment method over the phone, fax, or secure website.
International Orders
International orders are gladly accepted! We can ship via UPS Worldwide or through the US Postal Service (Airmail Parcel Post) for most items. Please be aware that you are responsible for the actual shipping charges and any taxes and/or duties related to the purchase of the product. All orders over 60" in length must be shipped via UPS Worldwide due to postal size limitations. All international orders can only be shipped to the billing address. Please contact us with your city name and postal code for an accurate shipping quote.
Alpine Sporting Goods reserves the right to cancel any international orders that are deemed suspicious by our management team. If we refuse to process your bulk or express international order, you may contact us to explain the purchase and we will reevaluate the order.
Bicycle Shipping
When purchasing a bicycle, either a frame or a full bike, please be aware that actual shipping costs will vary from the amount charged at checkout. Bicycles are subject to actual shipping costs that will be determined by the location we are shipping to. For an accurate shipping cost, please contact us before buying with your city and zip code. We will notify you of actual costs before the item is shipped. We can NOT ship bicycles outside of the continental US.
Changes and Delays
If for any reason there are changes in shipping rates or delays in your order, you will receive prompt notification from Alpine Sporting Goods.
