Please note:  There are no returns or warranty on any product purchased on eBay!   There is no exception to this rule! 

Return Policy and Procedure
If you are not 100% satisfied with a product, we want to help!  Items can be exchanged, credited, or refunded within 30 days of purchase. 

Conditions:
1. The item must be new, unused, in original packaging with all associated tags.
2. Returns, defective items or warranty issues must be pre-approved with a Return Authorization number.  Please contact us to obtain an RA number.
3. Return shipping fees are the sole responsibility of the customer, and the original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.
4. Mounted skis are non-refundable unless defective or warranty issue. 
5. Ski boots and footwear can only be exchanged or put into store credit, and only if they are unused and unmodified.
